Description

The New York & Long Branch a unique railroad stretching along the New Jersey Coast Line where many New York City-employed businessmen maintained bedroom communities. Largely a commuter railroad, it always was the attic where steam or ancient diesels were utilized from parents CNJ and PRR. No one photographed this operation in color better than John Dziobko during the 1950s.
