Description
Based on 18th to 19th century architecture, this 3-story building is appropriate for cities or towns. Side and rear walls are cast in correct “common brick” color so only the front brick areas require painting. Stone-color areas on the front can be painted to replicate iron/sheet, which is more typical of these buildings. The black roof has cast-in details and A/C units are included. Other features include self-locating windows and doors, clear window material, 2 Tichy platform fire escapes and optional window signs. Tab and slot locators and instructions with photos simplify assembly.
True scale and true to life miniature model for adult collectors.
Not suitable for children under 14 years.
